People of Understanding

Oh Lord, we pray and seek You to be men and women of understanding.

The Basics
I may not comprehend algebra
or scientific equationsor have the solutions for
complex complicationsbut I ask You Lord
to help me understandto love and care about
the basic needs of fellow man.

I am tired. This hurts having no one to understand you.
