“Our first problem is that our attitude towards sin is more self-centred than God-centred. We are more concerned about our own “Victory” over sin than we are about the fact that our sin grieve the heart of God. We cannot tolerate failure in our struggle with sin chiefly because we are success oriented, not because we know it is offensive to God.”
—Jerry Bridges
“And I will give you a new heart, and I will put a new spirit in you. I will take out your stony, stubborn heart and give you a tender, responsive heart.”
Ezekiel 36:26
First of all I want to say how much of a blessing your site has been to me in dealing with my bipolar disorder. I regularly share your posts with my mens small group.
I recently was a guest on That B Word podcast about Bipolar and Borderline. It’s a non Christian show but I was able to share my faith in the midst of Bipolar. I gave a shout out to your website but I think she didn’t include that. Anyway, have you thought of doing a podcast? Would love to listen.
If you’re interested here is my story: https://thatbword.stonefruitmedia.net/2017/10/30/episode-five-bryans-story/
Would love your feedback.
